How much does a new website cost?

There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom websites specifically for your small business. We’ll ask questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. For a basic site, we charge $195, but can be more or less depending on needs.

How long will it take to get a new website?

On average, we shoot for a 4 or 6 business days turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, and how soon the content is ready – these all things affect the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.

Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?

Yes, We love it when our customers take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We’ll provide you with a set of comprehensive video or blog tutorials to help you learn your way around.

Do you offer ongoing help with our new site once it's launched?

Yes, of course, we can handle maintenance for a live website. We think it’s really a good idea that your website can be updated frequently. The ongoing maintenance can help in better productivity, improve security and reduce the risk of failures. We provide ongoing support for many of our customers.

Who writes the content for the site?

Usually, that is you. You are the expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we can recommend copywriters who can help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost.

What are the payment terms for the development of my website?

Our payment steps are quite easy and secure with transparency. We accept payments through secure payment gateways such as PayPal and Wise.com. Once you receive our invoice, you can choose your payment method and proceed with the transaction.

We like to work on a 20% upfront basis with 40% payable after the designs are agreed and the outstanding 40% payable when the development has been completed and signed off.

Will my website work on smartphones and tablets as well?

It most certainly will! More people are accessing the web via small screens than ever, and the trend is likely to carry on. If your site doesn’t display or work properly on a mobile or tablet screen, you risk losing a big chunk of your potential audience. It means mobile responsive web design is essential these days.
